Washington's great regional grape-growing diversity creates opportunity for beautiful complexity and balance. Working with seven vineyards across the expanse of Eastern Washington, (in the Red Mountain, Horse Heaven Hills, Yakima Valley and Columbia Valley Appellations, as far South as Alderdale overlooking the Columbia River, as far North as the Frenchman Hills), we are focused on very low yields, and the timing of harvest. We choose it carefully, primarily by taste, supported by laboratory analysis.
